The lucky mum to be was told what date to turn up for her baby shower, and at the last moment where the venue was. So it was truly a surprise!
After showering the mum to be with gifts and a nappy cake(the photo of her laughing and holding a red case, was when she was told that the case was for the baby and not a new make up case!), everyone had to guess what sex the baby would be. If correct, once the baby was born, she would pick a name out of a hat and they would win a prize! Some people tried to influence the likelihood of them winning by entering multiple times! Guests were also asked to share their tips for the new mum as well as having her guess whose baby photo was whose!
Everyone’s competitive edge came out when they were asked to name the children of celebrities!
Finally, the mum to be had to face her most dangerous challenge – walk through an obstacle course of presents, directed only the voice of her husband. Unfortunately, his voice was not the only one as guests were shouting and telling her to go the wrong way. Also what she didn’t know was that once she was blindfolded, all the presents were moved out of the way!
Don’t know about you, but I am loving that carb free fruit and smoothie table!
